"Statefarm has been constantly losing its value for me. I have a whole family under one profile and the problem I am facing is that they are charging more on the premium for each of my children and none of them have been in accidents or any issues. One of my sons has already left the policy stating he’s found a better insurance group. And then, today they just raised another one of my sons premium by 40$. I find it disturbing that there is no balance on how they are charging us after years of patronizing Statefarm and maintaining a good record/profile."

"Handled the my inquiries about insurance for all 6 of my properties with ease. I was very concerned I’d be given the run around just to be given quotes at an unexplained cost as most companies do (you know how it is). "Continuously sends me mail even though I've never asked for anything from State Farm since I switched insurance companies nearly a decade ago, even though I've asked to be removed from his mailing list, even though I'm on the national do not mail list, and even though it is required by law to scrub mailing lists for people who meet any of the above criteria."

"We have been with State Farm for several years with multiple rental properties, home, and auto policies. My husband was rear ended at a stop sign at a high speed with significant damage to his car by another motorist that also has State Farm. State Farm would only give my husband a rental car for 2 weeks even though the accident was not his fault, his Tesla is still not repaired due to parts taking forever to come in using the collision shop that we had to use per State Farm, and multiple calls to our agent to help us out. He had to eventually call a general number for State Farm to finally get a rental car on his own with no help from our agent. The "best" our agent could do was for him to pay $25 out of his pocket for a rental for us for one week and then we were on our own. I am extremely disappointed with this particular agent and his lack of assistance with a situation that was 100 percent the other driver's fault. We have switched all of our policies to another company that has assured us this would never happen with them."

"Mark and his crew are great. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing insurance or needing to swap agents. My other agent through State Farm wasn’t working to the best of his ability, paper work was getting messed up, phone calls, emails, and letters in the mail left and right. Mark told me “don’t worry about it, it’ll all be taken care of” and he did AND lowered my premiums. He’s a really cool guy who even goes as far to call his customers and wish them a happy birthday on their special day. They’re the best!"
